Sail the Ocean Blue

I am here with a Thanksgiving card expressing the beginning, when it started.  It was made with my new cart. Wrap it Up and also used  Dress Up Paper Dolls.  I hand ripped and embossed the pieces used for the ocean also adding some skittles for the windows with twine for the mast.  On the inside I used some sentiments from Lyrical Letters cart. and a leaf from Stretch Your Imagination, adding some Studio G glitter.  I just love how this card turned out.  Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Christmas Joy

Hi everyone!  I am in that place where we all dread being, the Dead Craft Zone(LOL). This is the place that we go when we lose our MOJO.  I am presently there and have been for a few days now.  I have been putting out a card  or two but it is taking everything I have to make it work.  This was an old card I had put away and I decided to tweak it up.  I added the skittles,  stamp (Bugbites) & the cute gingerbread family from dress Up Paper Dolls cart.  Everything else is from my stash: ribbon, stickers, foam & punched snowflakes & letters and the plastic tag letters are from Oriental Trading Co.  The gingerbread house was hand cut and the dot candy is from a mini circle punch.  Thanks for dropping by.

Stuff it!

Hi to all and happy TGIF.  I am grateful for things to be slowly getting back to normal here in the NY City.  I am so sorry for all those on the outside regions that were hit hard.  Our prayers our with them that they may receive the necessary help.  This card is to show how grateful I am that I have the necessaties we often take for granted  like shelter, food & clothing.  I thank God for what we have.
I had so much fun making a Joyfold card.  I used Everyday Paper Dolls cart. and the other (hand)cuts are from Scrapbooks Etc. & Scrap Chicks.  Since I only have a couple of simple Thanksgiving stamps I used some old Epoxy letters and hand wrote the sign sentiment  & inside.  For the turkey to have dimension I cut 5 layers and used the needed pieces.  All the parts made on this card were from scrap paper.  Cool right!  I used Glossy Accents on the utensils and finished it with some punched leaves.  Thanks for dropping by and have a blessed weekend.

Thanksgiving Feast

Hi all my bloggie friends.  Happy Tuesday to all of you.  I am so behind on my personal projects and my challenge projects.  Finding it difficult to catch up.  I did have a chance to finally go buy some adhesive.  It was great to do some cards again.  Here is a Thanksgiving card I made with this cute table setting from Scrapbooking Etc.  I hand cut the utensils, napkin & table mat and used the George Basic Shapes cart for the plate.  I used the MS paper trimmer for all the hand cut pieces. Other carts. used were Stretch Your Imagination, Lyrical Letters & MS Seasonal.  From my stash  I added an old Fall tag, button Twine ( won @ RRR blog challenge), Studio G stamp & gold glitter, metal flower & pearl(flower from MB Treasurista), ribbon(Target), PowderPuff Mango chalk ink and black & gold gel pens.  I also embossed plate & table mat with Cuttlebug folders.  The inside sentiment is from an old Cloud 9 Seasonal paper pad.  Hope you like it as much as I do.  Thanks for dropping by.

Autumn Leaf

Hi everyone.  I have been spending an early Thanksgiving with my family, having a wonderful time.  Unfortunetly it has not left me much time for crafting.  I also found out that I will be spending the Christmas holiday my girls thanks to my wonderful daughter.  That means I will have limited internet service and supplies(Cricut, Cuttlebug & other heavy, bulky items).  I will still visit on occasions all my bloggie friends to keep up on events.  I hope you are all able to be with family, friends and/or loved ones to share and break bread.  To me that is the most important thing for the holidays, To share it.
Here is a fall tag I did with Winter Woodland Cart. and some of my sweet winnings.  The Krinkle ribbon is from Karen @ Little Scrap Pieces, the gold candies are from Really Reasonable Ribbons.  The leaf ribbon is from my stash along with Studio G stamps & PK-124 Thank You Dolls. I inked the tags with brown Studio G ink and used Momento black & Powderpuff Mango for the stamp images.
